Role responsibilities: Organise team and workflow through production.Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and, complete final quality assurance sign off.Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Does this sound like you?
