Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Project Administrator to join our team for future projects.
Job DescriptionProviding administration support to the project delivery team.Providing travel and mobilisation support to the project team, issuing inductions, collecting tickets and licenses, booking flights and accommodation.Maintaining training records for site personnel.Project event organisation and management.Any other ad hoc project duties as required.Raising of purchase orders.Liaising with clients to ensure site clearance to personnel.Preparation and issuing of reports.Ensuring project information and documentation is generated/received in a timely and accurate manner.Qualifications3 years' experience in a similar administration role.Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation.Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.Experience in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional InformationThe position offers challenging work, longevity, the ability to directly influence outcomes, as well as career development prospects within an expanding company.
