This position in the Land, Catchment and Approvals team provides a range of environmental, planning and engineering services to support the implementation of a wide range of capital and non-capital projects. A snapshot of your day: As our Environmental Planning Specialist, you'll be accountable for: Providing specialised professional advice to support project managers and others on environmental issues. Facilitating increased environmental and sustainability awareness, knowledge and skills within the team and across the business. Ensuring environmental issues are adequately addressed throughout project life cycles. Preparing comprehensive project briefs and plans, stakeholder submissions as required. To be considered for the role you'll have: Detailed knowledge of environmental legislation, regulations, and frameworks. Knowledge of the Victorian statutory planning system. Detailed knowledge of ecological assessment and biodiversity offsetting. Registration as a Vegetation Quality Assessor (desirable). The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4 ($91,714 - $110,681 plus super) salary range will be offered to the successful candidate on a pro rata basis, commensurate with their skills and experience.
