You will be working in a close knit team including the Partner and a Senior Associate, giving you great exposure to learning and development opportunities, learning first hand from one of the leading experts in native title matters in particular.

Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on planning and environment law matters, including native title, development applications, environment impact assessments and compliance issues.Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and submissions to regulatory bodies.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of relevant legislative developments.Requirements: Admission as a solicitor in Queensland with a minimum of 2-5 years of post-admission experience in planning and environment law.Strong understanding of Queensland planning and environmental legislation, regulations, and policies.Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.If you are a motivated and passionate legal professional looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
