Enterprise Architect – Permanent – 3+ year vision    Our client, a leading player in the Utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their team in Melbourne CBD.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide IT leadership by delivering guidance, roadmaps, principles, standards and best practices while building a tailored architectural framework for the future.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a bespoke architectural framework, aligning business solutions with strategic objectives and ensuring key stakeholders' needs are met.
You'll take the lead in shaping and driving the enterprise technology architecture and roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with long-term goals.
This permanent full-time hybrid role offers a competitive salary package of $180,000 – $200,000 (negotiable)    Your skills/experience will include but not be limited to: Lead the development and execution of IT strategies, frameworks and roadmaps aligned with the client's business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define target architecture and provide insights on emerging technologies like AI.
Ensure architecture standards are adhered to during system upgrades and implementations.
Drive architectural governance and improve maturity through frameworks and review boards.
Support project delivery by aligning IT solutions with evolving business needs.
Your Skills & Experience: Architecture experience with strong leadership in enterprise IT strategy.
Technology expertise across ERP, CRM, HCM, Asset Management and modern digital/cloud platforms.
Proven ability to uplift architectural practices and lead transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and experience with energy utility technology platforms is highly desirable.
