Mandurah Baptist College is an independent, co-educational College with over 1,400 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 located just north of Mandurah in the suburb of Lakelands.

About the role
We are seeking a friendly, dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enrolments Officer from 2025.

Working as part of the Community Relations Team, the Enrolments Officer is the key staff member in relation to College enquiries, tours and enrolments, and is the point of contact for families looking to enrol their children in the College.
Working with the College Registrar, the Enrolments Officer manages enrolments data, follows up communication with families and works as part of the Community Relations Team to promote Mandurah Baptist College as the school of choice in the region.

Profile:
Current Working with Children Check Valid Australian work rights to apply for this position Willingness to uphold and live the Mission, Vision and Christian values of Mandurah Baptist College Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with students, staff, parents and the community Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
Ability to manage required data in a timely manner to support the needs of the college and staff Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, and to demonstrate initiative and creativity in work skills.
