In this key role as an Enrolled Nurse, you will assist with the provision of professional high quality patient care within the ward/unit/service aimed at improving patient health outcomes.
Your duties will involve implementing appropriate nursing care and undertaking or assisting with general and specialised procedures from Nursing/Midwifery care plans, as well as contributing to teamwork and a positive work culture.
You will be supported with a preceptor/mentor, and enjoy a diverse caseload with medical and surgical opportunities.
Enrolled as an Enrolled Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, you will hold a current practising certificate.
A team player able to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary environment, you will have experience in the provision of nursing and or midwifery care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
You will have the ability to engage with a broad range of people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures, reflecting your high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times, you will have sound knowledge and understanding of the role of the Enrolled Nurse within the health care setting.
