It is close to the local community with schools and shopping centres nearby. 10kms from the CBD, it consists of 98 beds, with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Pay rate ranges between $32.67 - $33.52 per hour and is dependent on experience. Duties Deliver the highest quality, person-first care to our residents under the direction of the Clinical Care TeamEnsure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs and legislative requirementsSupport the Clinical Care Manager with the management and completion of the EN ACFI assessmentsActively engage in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shiftsParticipate in person-first care planning and evaluation for residentsAdhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelinesSkills and Experience Diploma of Nursing (Endorsed)Current registration with AHPRA is essentialExperience in delivering personal care within an aged care settingThe ability to work as part of a tight-knit teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood clinical observation skillsA strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and OutcomesCulture We all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care.
