The Enrolled Nurse provides support to our clients and collaborates with our Community Care team to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. This role provides nursing services to clients within their homes.
We are seeking permanent part-time and casual Enrolled Nurses to work as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical/nursing duties to clients within their home Liaise with the RN, Service Manager and/or carers regarding clients' well-being Complete reporting and administrative requirements for clients as required What you bring AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course Understanding and/or experience in providing nursing care in the disability, aged care or community care sector Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes Understanding of Home Care Packages and Veteran Affairs Community Nursing Guidelines A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation Why work for Calvary?
