As an Engineering Services Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of the 'hard' facility management services for the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre Precinct. This role includes effective communication with relevant staff or sub-contractors to ensure tasks are allocated efficiently and maintenance occurs in accordance with contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Asset Manager to develop a comprehensive maintenance service including planned preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs and maintenance in relation to the new facility.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client representative, contractual key stakeholders, and end users.Manage the full financial delivery of all building services in line with the AOP, financial budgets, and monthly forecasting.Ensure the new facility remains at all times compliant and fit for the intended purposes.Manage the successful delivery of all building services to ensure full compliance to all KPI and Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) requirements in accordance with the relevant services specification.Key Experience & Capabilities: Tertiary qualified (Trade or degree) in Engineering.Minimum 5 years experience in a highly complex building environment.Strong financial capability.Ability to understand, interpret, and comply with contracts and contractual requirements.Knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and AS/NZS Standards and its requirements.Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
