Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is at least a senior engineer prior to becoming an engineering manager.
We are looking for a leader who can plan and execute a sprint, negotiating with the Product Manager and the Technical Lead to get the best balance of new product, product enhancement, bug fixes and maintenance work.
We are looking for someone who can lead a release train. Working with stakeholders to get the required input, plan effectively, and manage a production release.
We are primarily a .NET-focused team, any experience with C#, SQL Server, and .NET technologies (MVC, Web API, .NET Core) is a plus.
Strong communication skills are essential for our international, multi-locational team dynamics.
Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and engineering best practices is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is needed.
