As the Productivity and Collaboration Engineer in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) you'll provide specialist knowledge primarily in the Productivity and Collaboration suite of applications, but also provide support services across other businesses including Networks, EUC, Telephony and Hybrid Cloud. If you have a strong background in any of these areas including the technologies used, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, please apply! This role will include a mix of responsibilities between general BAU support as well as providing expert knowledge and experience on small to large projects across these areas.
