Employment Support Worker - Mylestones SolutionsLocation: Beenleigh
Type: Permanent Part-time: 50 hours per fortnight (Mon to Fri with some occasional weekend work)
Salary: $33.42 per hour plus Super & Salary Sacrifice
In this rewarding role, your purpose will be to provide a range of individual and/or group-based transition to work programs and supports to NDIS participants. These programs encourage and increase community engagement, economic participation, and increased capacity to reach employment goals and aspirations.
We've helped many people build their capacity and successfully move into the workforce, and you can too! In this role, you'll be mentoring young adults to prepare for work and gain real-world experience.
In the Beenleigh region, you'll be: Helping to build capacity One-on-One and in groups.Supporting the transition to employment readiness.Establishing and following person-centred planning.Working across office, library, community, and worksites.What you will need: Disability support work experience.Hospitality and Barista experience preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and with initiative.C class driving license and access to a vehicle.NDIS clearance and blue card (we can help).Current First Aid and CPR (not required to apply).What do you get: Permanent part-time flexibility.50 hours per fortnight + potential for more hours.Mon to Fri from 8 am flexible start.SCHADS 2.1 $33.42 per hour.17.5% Leave Loading + tax savings approx. $5000/year.Work with a great team.Make a positive impact on young people's lives.This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a difference in the lives of people participating in NDIS employment programs.
