Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as an Employment consultant means taking on the challenging yet fulfilling responsibility of assisting a diverse range of clients in securing sustainable meaningful employment.
You'll manage a varied and active caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities.
This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in our Caboolture office.
Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, in office.
