Change lives and buildstronger communities as an Employment Consultant. Work with a caseload of jobseekers with disability, empower them to set clear goals to move intosustainable work. 
Alongside job seekersupport get out on the road. Use your existing connections with localbusinesses to meet with employers and source vacancies. Advocate for ourclients and help them see the advantages of hiring people withdisability. 
Being new to theemployment or disability industry is not a problem. If you have a positiveattitude, ability to manage your workload / priorities, confidence with avariety of customer relationships, and solid administration skills you cansucceed with us. 
Duties · Get job seekers into jobs
· Collaborate with the community to support job seekers
· Update systems and file case notes in line withprocesses and expected timeframes
· Generate leads and source vacancies
· Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment
· Comprehensive onboarding and staff development program
· Work laptops for all employees
