The roleWorking with Partners and , we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Sydney Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) on a permanent, full time basis.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:At least 5 years' post admission experience as a lawyerProven experience working across a diverse range of employment mattersDemonstrated a capability to work autonomously as well as a team member to manage a robust and diverse workload Experience in supervision and developing junior staffA desire to develop and participate in business development initiatives, including seminars and publishing articlesA proactive attitude towards personal development to expand your skills and knowledge to meet client needsLitigation experience and experience advising public sector (as well as private sector) clients is desirable but not essentialThe WRES teamOur WRES team boasts some of Australia's leading workplace lawyers and are the go-to team for large organisations with challenging workplace needs.Our group works with clients across the full spectrum of the employment relationship; from recruitment through to management, and termination.
