Employment & Commercial Senior AssociateThe Role:We are seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in employment law, complemented by experience in commercial work, litigation, or dispute resolution. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, working across both advisory and contentious employment matters while contributing to the growth of a well-regarded specialist firm.Your Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating senior-level employment contracts, including CEO and executive agreements.Representing clients in Fair Work Commission disputes such as unfair dismissal and adverse action claims.Advising on employment law aspects of M&A transactions, including employee due diligence.Providing risk management advice and delivering tailored client training on employment law issues.Leading and developing the employment law practice within the firm's established client base.Billables:On average, the target is five billable hours per day.
