FSA is at an exciting time in its evolution as a leading NFP community service provider in Australia. Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) is at 87.1%, while Client Satisfaction (CSAT) is currently at 92.8% across their service streams.
About you We are seeking a motivated and energetic Employment Coach who is committed to delivering individualised and person-centered employment support services for our Workforce Australia participants.
Our diverse team comes from a range of backgrounds, and we are looking for people with a positive, person-centred approach who can look beyond the resume and connect with employers to build sustainable outcomes for our participants in the Southport / Gold Coast region.
You'll bring: Knowledge of local community agencies and the ability to identify and coordinate a range of appropriate services for participants. Experience in employment support services or related mental health/community sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated exposure to challenging conversations with participants, stakeholders, and employers. The ability to demonstrate self-reflection, resilience, and accountability within a dynamic case management role. A current Australian Driver Licence. All successful candidates will be required to obtain a Police clearance and hold relevant working with children/vulnerable people clearances.

About the role Working closely with a team of allied health professionals, you'll support a case load of participants toward achieving successful employment outcomes.
You'll: Build and foster strong relationships with Employers, Community Groups, Health Care Professionals, and Advocacy Groups to ensure that participants receive high-quality holistic support. Develop individually tailored employment pathway plans with participants that maximize their independence, employment, social, and life skills. Co-ordinate education, training, and work experience activities that address jobseeker vocational barriers to employment. Support the brokerage of job placements and post-employment support to enable participants to achieve sustainable long-term employment.
