As an Employer Solutions Specialist, your work will support the largest public sector employers in the state, including Queensland Health, Queensland Shared Services, and the Department of Education to meet their superannuation payment obligations through our key vendor's clearing house technology.
As part of a dynamic, high-performing team, you will be the primary contact point for providing end-to-end technical support, guidance, and training to both internal teams and key employers.
You'll provide this support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You will need to be comfortable navigating the superannuation clearing-house landscape, considering the impacts of evolving super and legislative requirements on employers, and communicating any changes effectively.
There may be occasional travel or after-hours work required to fulfil the duties of this max term/ secondment opportunity based in Brisbane.
This contract will end in January 2026.
About you To ensure success, you will be technically savvy and have a strong capability in translating technical change to business users.
Forward thinking and nimble, you can draw on varying frameworks to creatively solve technical problems and drive continuous improvement.
You will also possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and is astute with conveying information to stakeholders at all levels.
You can manage multiple priorities and are a motivated team-player who will thrive in a dynamic environment where enterprise thinking will enable them to collaborate cross functionally and solve problems.
