Are you passionate about creating outstanding service experiences and helping employers deliver on their superannuation commitments?

As the Employer Service Excellence Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving service and operational excellence. Your work will directly enhance our ability to meet employer and member needs, navigate changes in the superannuation landscape, and exceed service expectations.

The opportunity

In this role, you'll oversee and continuously improve our operational and servicing models to ensure market-leading outcomes for our employers. By collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you'll streamline processes, optimise technology, and deliver impactful communication strategies. You'll take ownership of strategic initiatives, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure service providers meet their obligations, all while keeping our members' best interests at heart.

Key responsibilities include: Leading the development of innovative servicing and operational strategies.Collaborating with vendors to implement best-in-class employer engagement and communication models.Managing contractual arrangements and service standards for external providers.Identifying and implementing business process improvements and technology changes.Maintaining frameworks for employer relationships and operational service delivery. About you

You're an experienced leader with a proven track record in operational and service excellence, within corporate superannuation administration. You bring a strategic mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex relationships. You thrive in dynamic environments and are driven to deliver meaningful outcomes for both employers and members.

To succeed in this role, you'll have: 5+ years' experience in corporate superannuation or a related field.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Expertise in managing projects, training activities, budgets, and service frameworks.A focus on continuous improvement, with a passion for identifying and implementing best practices.A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable).
