Employee Relations Specialist

You will be joining a leading national financial services company, focusing on employment law issues within the high-performing and diverse employee relations team.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Providing high quality legal advice in relation to safety and employment governance and compliance for various legal issues
Monitoring regulatory and legislative changes to identify issues which may impact the business and the business strategies
Established strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand the business motivations and priorities
About You
You have a minimum 5PQE with a specialisation in Employment law
You have experience providing advice on employment and safety legal issues from advisory, transactional and litigious matters
You have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
