They strive to maintain a high-performance culture and are committed to providing excellent service to their clients.Job DescriptionBuild strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation to become a trusted partner.Demonstrate ER/IR leadership through providing high-level, practical and tactical advice to key stakeholders including HR and Operational Leaders.Be the EA go-to expert for a range of activities including EA benchmarking to identify best-practice improvements, negotiation and consultation approaches to ensure business, people and legislative requirements are met.Lead and support enterprise bargaining processes across the Group.Award & EA interpretation.Regularly coach and develop the ER competency of the HR Divisional teams.Provide top-tier advice on a variety of matters including disciplinary processes and disputes, union management.The Successful ApplicantRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment/Industrial Relations or other related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in employment/industrial relations, Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation and negotiation.Demonstrated ability to lead and execute discreet projects independently.Ability to take ownership of complex ER/IR matters.Confident and tactful written and verbal communication skills.Strong consultation, negotiation and rapport building skills.Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian employment legislation and regulations.What's on OfferThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join a leading global organisation in the education space.
