The job title is HR Business Partner and this role will be the conduit between the owners of Ethical Brand Co, the management team and the employees. Think of this position as the customer service role for the internal team.This person will liaise with each team member in making sure that the needs of the business and its team are all met and feeding back information to the owners to be able to make change where needed.This will be an exciting role that will offer a diverse range of daily tasks including but not limited to:Facilitate all aspects of HR throughout the business, including:All aspects of recruitmentManage and organise employee inductionsManage staff rostering and identify issuesEmployee Relations complianceHealth & SafetyFacilitate annual role reviewsManage performance management throughout the businessLiaison between the owners and the employeesCoordinate quarterly team-building activities & annual conference and Xmas partyDevelop, implement & maintain business policies and proceduresEvaluation of the operational side of the business needs and identifying where change is needed and liaising with the owners to facilitate thisESSENTIAL BUSINESS SKILLSProven experience with people management/employee relations or similar roleExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamImpeccable internal data maintenance and record keepingExcellent communicator and assessorExcellent understanding of general businessDESIRED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCEPrevious experience working within the HR fieldPrevious experience working in or passion for health/hairdressing/beauty industryPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESResilient and adaptable to changeConfident and capableBENEFITSExcellent company culture with a commitment to social, environmental and community initiativesCommitment to employee well-being and work/life balanceFull-time position, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm based at our purpose-built Coolum Beach Headquarters – no weekend work!Regular social events and conferencesOpportunity for career advancement and growthProfessional development and education opportunitiesHow to apply: Please email your cover letter and resume to ****** note applications will close 1st December 2024 and only candidates successful to the short list will be contacted.
