About the role

Our client is a for-purpose organisation seeking an experienced ER Business Partner to join their team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract to start ASAP.  Reporting to an experienced Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for providing full ER support to your client group within the business. In addition to this, you will:
Provide specialist advice, research and project management support to the ER Lead;Contribute to the development of training materials to build leadership capability surrounding employee relations and professional standards;Advise business leaders on complex employee relations and professional standard matters;Prepare externally required documentation such as briefs and reports;Assist with workplace investigations and employee performance management; andBuild strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.About you

To add value in this role, you will be a seasoned ER practitioner with experience in a business partnering service delivery model. You will be highly regarded in your field of expertise and have:
Tertiary qualifications majoring in industrial relations, employment law, human resources or a relevant field;A deep understanding of employee and industrial relations, paired with a wealth of practical experience in this space;Strong business acumen, resilience to flex and navigate a changing environment and the ability to 'lean in' and be involved in tasks that will contribute to business outcomes;Ability to build strong, productive relationships with various stakeholders;Demonstrate a calm and practical approach, with a passion for continuous improvement; andA collaborative team player with a down-to-earth working style and a commitment to working as part of a team in a high-performance culture.How to apply
