Employee Relations Advisor

Job Description Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Assist with investigations.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Work closely with the HR business partners and advisors to support across all portfolios.
The Successful Applicant A successful ER Advisor should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in HR practices and employee relations.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
