Are you passionate about building positive relationships in the workplace and supporting employees in their journey? We are looking for a dynamic Employee Relations Specialist to join our global ASX-listed client!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice, support, and resolution.
Investigate employee concerns and workplace disputes, ensuring a fair, consistent approach.
Collaborate with managers and HR partners to address and resolve employee-related issues, enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws in all employee matters.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to develop action plans to improve retention.
Work closely with the management team to promote positive employee engagement initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of employee-focused programs that drive company culture and morale.
Maintain up-to-date records of employee issues and cases while ensuring confidentiality.
Provide coaching to managers and employees on conflict resolution and best practices.

Who You Are:
You have a background in Human Resources (tertiary qualifications & at least 3 years of experience), preferably with really strong experience in Employee Relations.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organisation.
You have a solid understanding of labour laws and employee relations practices.
You are a proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
Preference for a backgrouund in blue collar workforces.
