In line with this growth, the business is now seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert advice and support on ER/IR matters to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained.



Your responsibilities will include:



This is a role where you will further develop and utilise your technical capabilities in a supportive environment that fosters continuous learning and development. Your key responsibilities will be:

 
Acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, ensuring all concerns are handled fairly and in accordance with legislation Assisting with managing workplace grievances, performance management, and conducting workplace investigations; Supporting the development and delivery of ER training for managers and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation; and Empowering stakeholders by enhancing their capabilities, boosting the confidence, effectiveness, and accountability of all people leaders.


Our ideal candidate will be degree-qualified in Human Resources, Law, Workplace Relations, or possess related tertiary qualifications. You will have an aptitude for learning information quickly and importantly, be passionate about human resources with a specialisation in employee relations.  

 
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a HR Generalist or HR Advisor with experience in employee relations; Proven ability to apply ER practices to support business objectives and ensure compliance with Modern Awards/Enterprise Agreements. Ability to balance a number of competing priorities whilst maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement; Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated through workplace investigations and conflict resolution; and Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation.
