The opportunityThe Employee Relations Advisor role is integral to the Employee Services team within the People and Engagement Services at TCSO.
You work as part of a supportive team to support the provision of high-quality advice across 32 schools and the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office. With a focus on excellence in service standards, you will contribute to ensuring employee services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with legislation and the application of various awards, policies, and procedures.
