Employee Experience Specialist

In this role as an Employee Experience Specialist, you'll define the key moments that matter within the employee experience at A&G. You'll also support the delivery of key employee experience initiatives, with the goal of improving the experience for employees and enhancing levels of engagement, boosting work performance and creating business outcomes.

Reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, you'll help bring to life the full employee lifecycle and elements of the experience.
You'll assist with designing and delivering enhancements to the key moments that matter and the development and implementation of employee experience programs (across multiple HR disciplines) aligned to the company culture, values and our challenger operating model.
To succeed in this role, you'll have a passion for improving the employee experience and performance.
You'll have proven organisational development and communications experience, coupled with knowledge of employee/customer design principles, delivering high quality, tailored solutions that engage and connect with stakeholders at all levels.
