This Employee Experience Specialist provides a great opportunity to help drive key employee experience initiatives to enhance engagement and improve performance! Working closely with the Employee Experience Manager, you will get to shape the entire employee journey. You will be hands-on in designing and rolling out fun enhancements for those key moments that matter, creating awesome employee experience programs that align with company culture and values.
Your role: Research, investigate and map out the key moments that matter across the employee life cycle and in consultation with key stakeholders, support the development of the employee experience strategy and framework.Administer the end-to-end annual engagement survey and continuous listening strategy (including pulse surveys) including the administration and evaluation of engagement metrics, reporting and coaching and providing insights aligned to business objectives.In conjunction with the EX Manager, champion the diversity and inclusion agenda with actionable implementation and recommendations of immediate priorities.Lead the development of strategic employee experience programs, such as the development of a holistic recognition framework and implementation of a recognition platform.Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key employee life cycle initiatives aligned to the moments that matter and strategic priorities, such as onboarding, return to work, and transition to retirement programs.Carry out tasks relating to the employee experience life cycle including corporate induction, employee experience activities/activation and campaigns.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted advisor.Provide support to the Employee Experience Manager, as required, across the entire employee experience portfolio.About you: Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end initiatives including project management and change management components.Experience in employee experience practices including engagement, continuous listening, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, well-being, and internal communications.Experience using employee/customer experience design principles in large cross-divisional organisations.Proven ability to work and partner with multiple stakeholder groups and leadership levels.Ability to think strategically, analyse complex situations and data and develop creative, evidence-based solutions.Highly developed IT skills including Google Workspace and Slack.Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resource management, business management, organisational psychology or similar - ideal but not necessary.Benefits: Paid parental leaveAdditional leave - volunteer leave, purchased leave and more!Learning and development opportunitiesEmployee discountsReward and recognitionSocial activities (family events, regular events and annual celebrations)On-site facilitiesAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
