As the Employee Experience Coordinator , you'll play a central role in enhancing employee engagement, wellness, and satisfaction across a large Civil Construction organisation.
Working within our HR team, you'll drive initiatives and programs throughout all regions, aligned with our Shadlife program, which is integral to our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

As the Employee Experience Coordinator , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee journey across our large, diverse workforce.
In this role, you will regularly travel to our regional project sites, communicating closely with site teams, to understand their needs and create tailored initiatives that elevate the employee experience.

Your Responsibilities: Regional Engagement: Visit project sites to build relationships with site foremen and employees, ensuring tailored initiatives resonate with blue-collar teams.
Employee Engagement Programs: Coordinate wellness, recognition, and mental health programs that align with our Shadlife strategy, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
EVP & Branding Consistency: Ensure consistent communication of our EVP and brand across all internal channels, helping employees feel connected to our company's mission and values.
Regional Collaboration: Work with HR, site administrators, and Key Project Teams to implement employee-centric programs across different regions, tailoring them to meet local needs.
Gather & Act on Feedback: Lead surveys and feedback sessions, translating insights into actionable improvements for employee satisfaction and engagement.
What You Bring to the Role : Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the civil construction industry or similar, with insights into tailoring programs for blue-collar workforces.
Employee Experience Campaign : You bring a track record of designing and executing impactful employee experience campaigns and initiatives that foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
This includes developing targeted programs that enhance engagement, wellness, and satisfaction, aligning with our Shadlife program and EVP.
Your ability to tailor campaigns for diverse, site-based teams ensures each initiative is meaningful and relevant, ultimately contributing to high employee morale and retention across our multiple project sites.
Experience in EVP and Employer Branding: Prior experience in maintaining consistent internal messaging that reinforces employer branding across various platforms.
Social Media and Content Management : You'll bring proven experience in coordinating social media platforms to drive employee engagement and promote our EVP.
This includes creating, curating, and scheduling content that highlights our culture, Shadlife initiatives, and workplace achievements, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging that resonates with both current and prospective employees.
By leveraging social media, you'll help build a strong employer brand presence that attracts and retains top talent in the civil construction industry.
HR and Engagement Expertise: A background in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role, ideally within the Civil Construction or related industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Adept at connecting with diverse audiences, from senior leaders to field staff, and translating needs into actionable strategies.
Organisational Savvy: A talent for managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring seamless delivery of engagement initiatives across regions.
