We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electronic Equipment Worker to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for examining, testing and repairing a variety of electronic cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, steam cleaners, blowers, vacuum cleaners, outdoor power equipment, and truck-mounted carpet cleaning machines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing top-quality service and repairs.

The tasks required for this role are: Examine, test and repair a wide range of electronic equipment ensuring they are set up and operational according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform regular maintenance and calibration of systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
This includes checking and adjusting settings, and replacing worn parts.
Diagnose and repair faults in electronic components of cleaning equipment, such as circuit boards, wiring, and control systems, to restore functionality.
Utilise diagnostic tools and technical manuals for efficient troubleshooting.
Instal new components to improve performance or adapt to new requirements, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Provide technical support and service to customers, including on-site visits to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct training on the proper use and maintenance of electronic equipment.
Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed on the equipment.
This includes documenting issues encountered, solutions implemented, and parts used for future reference and warranty purposes.
Conduct quality assurance tests on repaired and maintained equipment to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and safety before returning them to customers.
This includes running equipment through various operational tests and verifying all functions.
Requirements : Certificate IV in a closely related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Salary Range: $73,000 - $88,000 p.a.
