About the roleJoin Infrapower as a full-time Electrician based in Adelaide, SA.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical installation, maintenance and High Voltage Switching to a range of utility companies and privately owned infrastructure.
As a key member of our skilled trades team, you'll play a vital part in supporting the continued growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing Conduct electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to a high standardDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and issuesLiaise with clients to understand their electrical requirements and provide tailored solutionsEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsWork collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver projects on timeMaintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertakenParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to keep skills up-to-dateWhat we're looking for Qualified Electrician with a current South Australian Electrician's LicenseMinimum 2 years' hands-on experience as an Electrician, preferably in substations, BESS or windfarmsExperience in high voltage primary plant & secondary equipmentStrong working knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and safety protocolsExcellent problem-solving and fault-finding skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsGood communication and customer service skillsCommitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standardsReliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a teamWilling to work intra and interstateHigh Voltage switching operator accreditation (ElectraNet Cat 2 &/or National switching accreditation)High Risk EWP & Forklift licencesWorking at heightsCurrent White CardWhat we offerAt Infrapower, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
