About the Role
We are currently seeking safety focused Electricians to join our Fixed Plant Shutdown team on a Dynamic 182 roster Fly In Fly Out from Perth.
A Dynamic 182 roster is similar to a shutdown roster made up of 182 shifts a year, shifts will be dependent on demand but because you will be a permanent employee you still receive a consistent fortnightly pay regardless of the amount of shifts you work.

As part of the shutdown team you will execute shutdown planned maintenance across the 5 inland Iron Ore mine process plants within the central and eastern Pilbara regions (Yandi, Area C, South Flank, Jimblebar & Whaleback).
Key Responsibilities:
Fixed Plant Maintenance on Extra Low Voltage, Low Voltage and High Voltage equipment Inspection, servicing, testing, and reporting of faults on Electrical Systems Maintenance and modification of cables, equipment, and associated structures Installation of new cables, equipment, and associated structures Protection equipment inspections Residual Current Device testing Ramp down & ramp up electrical support HV (RADIAL) and LV Isolations Application & removal of shutdown lock boxes About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
HV Switching would be advantageous Extensive experience in fixed plant electrical maintenance Experience in a shutdown & outage environment would be advantageous The ability to work within a team environment and build effective working relationships Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g.
