PHE Mining is currently seeking a highly motivated Trade Assistant to join our Bathurst team on a permanent, full-time basis. PHE's Bathurst operations undertakes works at Cadia mine, just outside of Orange, NSW. The role involves industrial electrical and instrumentation installations, plant maintenance, shutdowns, and general improvement works in both a surface and underground environment.
This is a local role, primarily Monday-Friday with excellent pay and consistent overtime.
ABOUT YOU: You will have experience in a trade assistant role (preferably electrical).Previous shutdown and mine site experiences would be desirable.Previous experience operating an EWP.Hardworking with a positive commitment to safety.You will hold the following tickets and licenses: White Card (Construction card).Current C Class Driver's Licence.Working at Heights - refresher must have been done in the past 18 months.High Risk Work License with WP class.Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance.ABOUT PHE: It is an exciting time to join as PHE has over 50 years of experience and provides electrical and instrumentation operations support services to clients throughout Australia including mining, hydropower generation, remote gas power generation plants, food and beverage, pulp and paper manufacturing, and timber processing industries.
