We have an opportunity for an Electrical team member to come on board and join the Opal team at our Revesby site. The key focus' of this role will include:Supervising both subcontractors and our in-house workforceComplete progress reporting, and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the Construction Lead.Read and understand plans, review design documentation, read drawings, and provide constructive review and implementing of final designs.Identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, communicate with and engage relevant stakeholders to control risk and contribute to building a risk management culture.Planning and procurement of appropriate plant, material, and resources to fulfill project requirements.Manage access and movement of materials, plant, and equipment to and within the site and work area in a safe and cost-efficient manner.Provide positive leadership to ensure the quality and standard of workmanship performed is in accordance with the specifications.Deliver accurate and clear PLC code workflow, calculations, and manuals. Discover your sustainable future…We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
