Confluence Water , the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services to Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.
We are currently working on a number of Treatment, Network and Facilities projects with both Construction and Maintenance works in partnership with Sydney Water. Due to significant growth plans, we have a new requirement for an Electrical Supervisor , reporting directly to the Superintendent. In this role, you will be a key part of the Electrical Team, based at the Sydney Water North Head Treatment Plant site at Manly. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality project services and providing supervision and coordination across a number of projects and staff, including Subcontractors. This is a long-term contract with Sydney Water and offers career stability and growth. THE ROLE Manage trades meetings, site inspections, trade allocations, and quality assurance. Maintain a safe workplace, carry out site inductions and observations, high-risk inspections, incident inspections. Monitor compliance to HSE Management systems and client technical specifications. Implement management plans, traffic management strategies, site cleaning. Manage material deliveries and movements. Ensure QA documentation is completed progressively throughout the project. Implement program activities with the Project Engineer and Superintendent. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor. Advanced knowledge of Electrical and Control Systems and be comfortable as the subject matter expert on site. Experience with HV would be well regarded. Proven team management & organisational ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The proven ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. High level interpersonal skills and professional presentation. Problem-solving ability, passion for excellent customer service, ability to work in a team.
