This is anything but your standard electrical position! Kalgas Energy Services are on the hunt for an accomplished Electrician with leadership experience to join them as an Electrical Supervisor / Gas Fitter . Within this role you will be leading a small team working on gas turbines, kilns, smelting furnaces, flux dryers and other mining, industrial and commercial applications throughout the Goldfields region.

Within this role you will be responsible for: Lead and motivate a small team of electricians and gas fitters Manage projects onsite to ensure completion and schedule while ensuring work meets statutory, company and WHS standards Repairs, maintenance and servicing of industrial and commercial oil and gas fired appliances Installation and maintenance servicing of natural gas and LPG supply pipework Inspection and maintenance of steam boilers Installation, commissioning and servicing of gas engine power generators Electrical contracting Kalgas Energy Services will support your gas fitter training, but we require you to already possess: WA registered Electricians Licence Proven ability to effectively lead, develop and motivate teams Demonstrated experience in mining & industrial applications A positive safety focus  High attention to detail and work quality Ability to meet site access medical and criminal history checks This position involves regular travel to remote sites and will involve periods away from home.
This position is offered as Kalgoorlie residential only.
