Job DescriptionConduct Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failure modes.Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve the reliability of mechanical systems and components.Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.Work with HME specialists to optimise strategies, OEM engagement & escalations.Ensure fleet performance is well understood and all major maintenance drivers are being addressed.Provide reliability support to site to ensure that equipment is being maintained in accordance with our maintenance strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall operational and business objectives. The Successful ApplicantKey Role Qualifications & Experience RequiredQualifications RequiredBachelor of Engineering - MechanicalMinimum four (4+) years of mechanical experience working with an operatorExperience in heavy mobile equipment Desired Experience & Competencies Familiarity with relevant Australian StandardsKnowledge of excavators and drillings (CAT, Liebherr, Epiroc)Strong communications with a self-starter attitudeExcellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
