About the role Supervise all site activities allocated to construction team members, ensuring safe working practices in accordance with client safety systems and processes. Plan & ensure environmental management of construction activities in accordance with client's environmental management systems and processes. Ensure team members complete allocated projects in accordance to specifications of the project Planning of all construction activities in consultation with the Project Engineer, including the setting of priorities and allocation of available resources to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. About you At least 5 years' experience as a electrical supervisor in a construction- related environment Electrical Qualifications Must have an Australian Drivers Licence Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
