About The Role
As Electrical Superintendent you will be responsible for coordinating an experienced team of electricians to deliver outstanding electrical services across our Costerfield operations.
You will proactively ensure that the electrical team provides a service that is safe, professional, effective and cost efficient.
You must have a commitment to operational excellence and a mindset to embrace and implement change.

As Electrical Superintendent you will:
Qualified in Electrical trade.Be an effective and conscientious leader.Be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Be experienced in leading and delivering projects from conception to completion and in line with budget requirements.Be an experienced Mine Electrician with at least 5 years experience in underground and processing environments.Have at least 5+ years experience managing day to day activities of a team.Have an advanced understanding of electrical standards and regulations.Prioritise people management and mentoring others.Develop positive and professional relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.Experience and knowledge of OHS Acts and regulations and codes of practice.The DealMonday to Friday 7am to 3pmBe home with your family at the end of each shiftOngoing professional developmentOnsite Physiotherapy and Employee Assistance ProgramSubsidised childcare and gym memberships, free Ambulance coverThe Process
