ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN - FOOD & COFFEE MACHINESA very successful food and coffee industry machine manufacturer needs service techs to support its growing business. This is a large national business that is offering a long-term position for tradespeople or engineers to join its successful team.Your role as a Field Service Technician is to provide corrective and preventative maintenance on coffee and food equipment and appliances at customer premises. You will also get involved in installations of new equipment.This will involve developing and building relationships with existing customers, whilst fostering relationships with new customers for the benefit of future business.Your key responsibilities are:Carry out Corrective Maintenance on Coffee and Food equipment at customer's premises.Problem solve and diagnose faults with equipment.Carry out Preventative Maintenance on Coffee/Food equipment at customer's premises.Install and Commission Coffee and Food equipment under the guidance of Project Management.Complete all required paperwork including organizing invoicing.Ensure that all customers on-site procedures and policies are followed.Take ownership of the job and use your initiative to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.Ensure that rolling stock takes are undertaken to minimize stock losses.Foster relationships with both internal and external customers.This role requires travel locally and, at times, to regional areas.
