HunterNet Career Connections are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team in Kangy Angy as an Electrical Apprentice. Working with our host company UGL, we are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is interested in completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrical over 4 years.

As an Apprentice your duties may include: Participate in electrical work and competency development activitiesAnalysing work orders to determine information such as material to be used and sequence of operations required to complete the jobEnsure all work performed to specification and to a high-quality standardActively listen and effectively communicate with the Operations TeamEnsure all tools and machinery are effectively maintained and secureComply with all timekeeping requirements including timesheetsAlways follow and apply all safe working procedures and practicesReport all matters and issues to Management in a timely mannerAdhere to all Company policies and proceduresCommitment to attending and completing all requirements of RTO in Electrotechnology – Electrical TradeWhat we're looking for: Ability to work effectively in a team environmentSound literacy and numeracy skillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environmentCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportMust be an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentAbility to work under instruction and take guidanceWhat's in it for you?
