The Role: Elam is seeking an Electrical Tradesperson/Leading Hand to commence employment in Sydney.
You will undertake a variety of electrical and data works on small to large commercial projects.
The majority of work will be based at the University of Sydney, and experience there will be an advantage.

Responsibilities will include: Strong experience in commercial electrical and data projects Coordinate and supervise a small team of electricians and apprentices on small to medium projects under the support of a Project Manager Ensuring OHS compliance Sourcing and ordering materials Problem-solving in both electrical and data Liaising with clients, employees, and subcontractors Be committed and self-motivated, with good communication and organizational skills Good working knowledge of current electrical and data standards and regulations Provide technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices Provide accurate records and documentation for projects Identification and repair of electrical and data faults To be successful in your application for this role, you will require: Qualified NSW Electrician with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and site supervisors.
Strong ability to read electrical plans and schematics.
White card.
Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
EWP licence over 11m and working at heights will be a benefit.
