About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our media and communications team at Randstad Australia.
As EL2 Director, Media and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead a team of media and communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality communications outcomes.Media and Communications Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive media and communications strategies to achieve business objectives.Event Management: Coordinate and manage media and communication-related events, including launches, campaigns, and other activities.Staff Management: Lead and manage the performance and development of staff, including actively managing team resources and budget.Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in leading media and communications teams, with a strong track record of delivering successful communications outcomes.Citizenship: Australian Citizenship is required.What We Offer:
