The Deputy Director Preparedness and Mobilisation will support operational-level campaign planning and execution of the Theatre Campaign Plan (TCP) through the Integrated Theatre Campaign Management (ITCM) process by providing subject matter expert advice in the areas of Preparedness and Mobilisation.

Headquarter Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) J8 Modernisation, Assessment and Assurance Branch, provides Chief of Joint Operations (CJOPS) with timely and impartial evidence to support decision making through the assessment of the campaign in competition, crisis and conflict, assurance of operational capability and modernisation of the headquarters.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills and a proven record in analysis and written feedback to strategic and operational level papers. A demonstrated understanding of Australian Defence Force (ADF) capability management and sustainment is also highly desirable.
