The Role
Land Command, Control, Communications & Computer Systems (LC4S) Branch is seeking a highly motivated and skilled administration professional able to provide leadership and a record of delivering business outcomes to ensure Defence maintains cutting-edge communications capabilities critical for the Australian Defence Force to equip the Joint Force to meet their operational challenges in the future.
As the EL 1 Business Manager, you will lead a diverse, geographically dispersed team to deliver critical strategic and administrative support within the System Program Office (SPO). The role is fast-paced and is a key liaison position for internal and external stakeholders, which works closely with, and in support of, the SPO Director to drive continuous improvement and capability within the SPO.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a broad range of activities, which include workforce management, recruitment, security, workplace health and safety, records management, risk management, and financial budgets.
About our Team
Land Battlespace Awareness and Management (LBAM) SPO acquires and sustains digital command, control and communications for ADF land combat operations. The LBAM SPO headquarters team is responsible for supporting approximately 130 personnel across the SPO, providing Business and Governance services.
