The NDIA is seeking experienced evaluation professionals to join the NDIA as EL1 Assistant Director Evaluation within the Evidence and Practice Leadership Branch.The Evidence and Practice Leadership Branch is responsible for ensuring that NDIA policies, practices and priorities are informed by trustworthy and robust evidence and are implemented to inform a consistent standard of practice. It conducts high-quality evaluations of programs and services to inform quality improvement and to determine how programs or services are contributing to improving participant or scheme outcomes.Where you can add valueThe Assistant Director Evaluation is responsible for supporting the strategic role of evaluation at the NDIA, including developmental approaches delivering practice improvements to improve experience and outcomes for participants.Leading the design and execution of a range of evaluation projects using a range of quantitative, qualitative and survey methodologies.Collecting and analysing qualitative evaluation data through interviews and focus groups.Conduct evaluations across policies, programs and pilots to determine effectiveness, impact, integration through the development of monitoring frameworks and outcomes measures.Survey design and analysis.Enough about us, let's talk about youYour ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to solve complex problems will be critical to your success.You will have a unique set of skills and attributes.
