EL1 Assistant Director End User Support, Various LocationsAbout the role
The Assistant Director, End User Support is responsible for leading second-level teams supporting the ACIC's information systems and ICT services, including end-user computing, meeting rooms, and unified communications across multiple sites. The successful candidate will support the Director of Technical Services in providing leadership and strategy to a nationally dispersed team. Opportunities will be likely for the Assistant Director End User Support to support projects as well as operations supporting agency outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong leadership skills, has experience in managing end-user support teams, and possesses a solid understanding of ICT services.
