Role: Change Management Lead - Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a Specialist Team:
Lead a small, specialist team to design and deliver strategic, innovative, and inclusive organisational change management plans, strategies, communications, and content to support the Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) deliverables.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Strategic Change team, the CDoF project team, ICT delivery teams, people leaders, and external parties (e.g., providers and members of the disability community).
Change Management Delivery:
Deliver change management outcomes on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Change Impact Assessments:
Engage effectively with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed, accurate change impact assessments.
Resistance Mitigation:
Identify and mitigate resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.
Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Understand the impact of the changes created by the Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) program and identify overlapping areas, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement plans and strategies.
Support Communication Efforts:
Support business areas in communicating effectively with participants, staff, and partners by ensuring leaders have the information they need to perform their roles as change champions.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience as a change manager or business analyst.
Certifications:
Change management certification (e.g., CMI, Prosci, Agile Change).
Policy Change Leadership:
Experience leading policy change initiatives.
